Rafaela Requesens, chairman of the Federation of UCV University Centers, reported that she had not yet seen her brother, non-commissioned officer Juan Requesens, after 13 days of detention.
Joel García, lawyer in charge of the case, said that he visited the Bolivarian National Intelligence Service in El Helicoide, where the deputy was detained and awe him.
The lawyer ensures that the officials have not given him any justification; however, he was told that he should try again this Thursday.
The relatives confirm that they do not know under which circumstances Requesens is.
Juan Requesens was arrested because he was probably involved in the events of August 4 on Avenida Bolivar. The public minister accused him of eight crimes.
