Maduro: "The number of schools has increased by 7% this year compared to the past"

(Caracas, October 1, News24) .- The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, addresses the nation from the Miraflores Palace, Caracas, to address various issues of national importance.

The head of state welcomed the 2018-2019 school year for all high schools and technical schools in the country.

"We are committed to improving the scope and quality of education in Venezuela," the head of state confirmed at the start of his statement from Miraflores Palace, Caracas, where he will refer to various issues of national importance, "Maduro said.

The education complex Robert Serra in Aragua was also inaugurated, which will house 2140 students.

In a different order of ideas, the national president reported that "school education has increased by 7% this year compared to last year"
