Zerpa has announced that banks can buy coins through the cash registerbut they will not be able to sell. He added that they are talking to the Venezuelan Banking Association (ABV) about which entities can participate in the new exchange system, depending on their international correspondence services.
Until the last Dicom auction on Friday 10 August, the limit per natural person was quarterly $ 500 and $ 400,000 per quarter for legal entities.
The new schedule starts with an exchange rate of Bs 6,000,000 per dollar (BsS 60), which indicates a devaluation of 96% with respect to the last auction from the Dicom system when the exchange rate was Bs 248,832.
