Henrique Capriles Radonski, former governor of the state of Miranda, said on Sunday that the opposition was dismantled by the government of Nicolás Maduro.
"We were divided, dismantled and we have to accept it, because if we do not accept it, it's impossible to solve it, we disarmed the strategies and we did not meet what people expected," Capriles said on his website.
The opposition leader noted that in Venezuela few politicians are willing to tell the truth to the citizens.
"We see that in our politics not everyone is willing to take the lead, to cope, to stay up to tell the truth, not in 2013 or now, but as in 2013, smokers are always out to get people to offer things that they can not fulfill and that will always be: smoke and fantasy, "he added.
