Mr. K. filed a lawsuit in court in which he asked X to pay damages for the damage caused by an electric shock upon his death. That is why Mr. K. asked Mr. X to pay 10 million.

Mr. X. admits that he has signed a contract in 2016 to supply electricity with the electricity from the Ben Cau district. Because of the distance from the main line to his house he had to rent a pole to the house for lighting. The lease, he has not signed the contract, do not specify the warranty period.

Mr. X also identified the problem at his eighth pillar, there was the electric shock of Mr. K. but he has no fault in this incident. Therefore, he did not accept Mr. K.'s request to demand a compensation of 10 million.
